Time for summer goodies...here's my recipe for snappy deviled eggs.
Reb's Deviled eggs
Six large eggs
2 Tbsp Miracle whip
1 1/8 tsp mustard
1 Tbsp plus 2 tsps of white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp horseradish
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp salt
Paprika and dill weed for garnish
Simmer the eggs for 15 mins, let cool in pan on cold water. Slice lengthwise; popping out yolks into bowl.
Add and mix all above ingredients except paprika and dill weed. Don't overmix. I like to then take the yolk mix and put in a baggie, snipping the end off. Squeeze the filling into the egg halves, sprinkle with dill weed and paprika for garnish. Chill in fridge for at least 4-6 hours, covered. Enjoy!
