Ended the day with 7 Lakers and missed a bunch
See you all on Saturday morning, I'll be going out of Wellington looking for lakers and rainbows
Atta boy, Jiggin.CH is gonna have some catching up to do.
That's funny CD I was thinking the same thing myself
love your shack! I've looked at those many times and they are sweet! Where is there a dealer around here for them?
Curious about the snow pack on the ice, we have two house’s to go out that are built on camper trailers and wonder how bad the tow out will be. We are heading just south of Cummins beach.. at least that is our plan. Thanks
First time on Newfound this year, went on Sunday. Was in Pasquaney Bay, in 40-50 fow and landed 6 lakers. Lost another at the hole wrapped around the transducer cord and another two halfway up the column and missed out on some nice bites. Was a good first day!
Were you the two guys one in a red and one in a blue pull over? Nice job, sounds like you did great.
more then likely they were I know Dennis fished out of a flip over and I believe it is blue,
Congrats Dennisg. Sounds like you had a great day! Thanks for the report.
Nice looking set up mowbizz!I wonder how big a cusk/laker would have to be to try and eat a 20” laker. That would keep me going back.
Shobizz and I got the house out today with no issues...picked a spot by “The Sticks” where I hooked into a monster cusk on our last day last season. I think it was a cusk anyway😳It had actually tried to eat a laker that was on my line already.Fought it for an hour before it spit out a 20” laker. Maybe she’s still lurking there! Finally going out to fish tomorrow! Some pics of the day...Very nice set up
01/10/2018Tippin and I checked on houses tonight. Everyone is high n dry. Getting ready for the upcoming rain. See pics below. Btw; Mowbizz great set up!! Congrats!
Thanks! And thanks for checking as usual! I looked for your house today to check it but didn't see it in the area around Mayhew. Ran into some slush overflow near there and then hightailed it back to Wellington...be out there tomorrow to try to jig a laker!
