Where you headed this afternoon?
« on: Jan 18, 2014, 07:27 AM »
Anyone within an hour-ish heading out this afternoon?

Been hitting local lakes and it's just been so slow.

Might be able to get out this afternoon / tomorrow and wondering if anyone is meeting up?

Good luck N' good fishing!

Looks like Gull for me tomorrow morning.

Anyone out closer to the city today? I might try Jackfish or a record beating day at wabamun.

Good fishing!

Think I am going to hit up buck lake today and wab tomorrow.  I am looking for some nice quite places to fish alone. Wanting to get away from the crowds this weekend

Right on, north or south buck? Either one I would like to hit this winter. Can you pass on ice conditions when you go please?

Yes, away from the crowds is me...I don't really even like being within 1km of the shack village at Gull.

If I wanted to hear all the noise and kids screaming and all the rest I'd have stayed at home and opened a window. Lol.

Good fishing!

I punched holes from shore to shore a few years ago at Star. Never saw a thing.

If you go, report back please and good luck!

Star.

Now I almost want to head there for a few hours then track back to jackfish if no bites.

South buck.. Ice was about 6-8 inches of good ice. Than 4 inch of crappy ice.. Flood water in spots. Sled and walk on only for the north end. Quad would have a hard time I think

Managed to land 13 pike at eagle and missed a bunch more. Kids had a good time over all.
