Western District Salmon Stocked
« on: Jan 12, 2009, 08:28 AM »
We stocked Goose Pond, Laurel Lake, Onota Lake, Stockbridge Bowl, and Windsor Pond on Friday with surplus broodstock Atlantic salmon.  They averaged 4 to 5 lbs.
More fish should be headed to the rest of the state this week if the weather holds.

Awesome.  Thanks for keeping us updated!

Quick question, do the game wardens stand around the truck they come in and jig? hehehehe

Better check those lakes! I heard of a guy today that caught 9 and kept them all. Why do people have to be so greedy?

So what do ya think? They hit the western side of the state last week on Friday. Think maybe central this week!
