A1 Jig Bite - Was On!!

Got a super late start due to getting certified in CPR/First Aid/AED this morning in Worcester ;). Hit A1 at 2pm and the flags were flying. Tons of people running around for multiple flags  :tipup:... kind of weird that alot of you guys got skunked or had a slow day, especially with the storm coming.... big differences between ponds sometimes ;D  Drilled 20 holes, set up 4 artic warriors and started to jig. Fish were crushing kastmasters... Nothing big, except a 14" 1.5 lb calico.... nice fish... but caught 4 species and kept busy :P  One guy caught a 4.5 lb bass before I got there.. and there were 30 guys playing in a massive ice hockey game near the ramp :-\  Party is over for those guys with the snow coming ;D  Anyways, ended up with 30 nice colored fish. Hope to be back out tomorrow. By the way, if you like crappies.... the bite is definitely on at A1 right now. Tight lines. :tipup:

Nice haul Porter!!  I had three flags all day today at the pond I was at, but the group that was not more then 30 yards from me was running all day.  Go figure.

Nice fish you Russian,Who's hole were you jigging in??????? I heard your cousin came in from Moscow last week and was giving you some lessons how to Talk to People and slide you jig in there hole :nono: :nono: :nono:lol good to see your post Jeff how is Mrs Russian doing well I hope It won't be long DADDY.     Let me know when I have to be at Joslin Friday Night.

beautiful specimens they look like right from a book nice colors and marking!!   we caught 5lb large mouth sat with no markings was mostly grey green  had a couple of black marks on it. nothing like yours.
