Green Lake

Are there still trucks driving on Green Lake? I was going to try and get my shack off this weekend and it's a lot easier with the truck than the 4 wheeler. I just don't want to add to the structure on the bottom.

 Driving all over last night. Stay to left of the landing while going on the lake. I'll be picking mine up this weekend as well. It is down by the islands..

Yep, saw several trucks out @ the sandbar and out by the islands last night 3/13/08.... Do stay to the left leaving the public landing... looks a little scetchy at the bottom of the hill straight out as somehone tried to plow and I think it collected lots of surface water and then people have broken through that etc...

Thanks, I just didn't want to haul my wheeler around all weekend. I think I'll hook on it first thing in the morning and try fishing the rest of the day. Did they get froze in much during the last two weeks? I had my shack up about six inches. Is there much snow on the ice?

Thank Scott, I'll give him a call tomorrow. I'm going to take my trailer and load the shack on first thing in the morning. If I can drive to the shack it will be easier.
