Cursed Lure

Does anybody have any lures that they have tried over and over, but just can't seem to catch fish with?  I have never been able to catch fish on a genz bug, no matter what size or color! I know that this is a pretty popular lure, and probably works for many people, but i can't seem to get fish to take it!  The bite suddenly turns off when I try to use one.  I also used to think my jiggin rap was cursed until I finally started catchin fish with it, THE NEXT SEASON!

I have not even got a bite on my chubby darter. i use it every time i go out but cant get a bite. I will switch to another lure and catch fish. It sucks cause chubby darters are expensive.

I have a cursed pole. It's an Ugly Stick I bought last ice season and planned on using it as my jigging rod for pike/walleye.  I haven't caught one fish off it yet, but I tell you what, I drop a line with my super sensitive panfish rod, and BAM, pike on again and again!

I know what your talking about, finally caught a 22 inch pike on my #6 two weeks ago, after many fishless outings.

Jigging Buckshot, tried em for Walleye and Perch and never got a bite.  Tried them with the trebles tipped with grubs, tried taking the treble off and putting on a dropper with a single hook with a minnow, no dice...

I hate it when the person next to you uses the lure and catches fish after you give up.

Them stupid looking airplane jigs! Why in the world would anything hit one of those things in the first place? I've seen them work for some just not for me!
