Big Paq, RedHead, Diane and myself tried a new place and scored!!! 22lb pike and a cute 12lb pike.

Nope, my goal was over 20 lbs for the wall, but after the fight that fish had I threw him back.  I can always get a fiberglass mount. Hopefully he'll be there next year with a few more pounds. And my dad also released his pb a 23 lber earlier this year. We'll see how a 25 looks...hopefully

Hey Paq, I'm glad you didn't give up our "new spot" or tell that we were
using corn for bait.OOP's I wasn't supposed to say that.There was another
post about 4 pike from the same hole,you didn't mention that the 22+12's
came out of the same.

It was creamed corn... and thank god Diane is ok and for 10 in holes.

Absolutely, tons of flags = kids having a total blast! Makes them want to go again... been there done that.

I was actually joking about you taking me to your new fishing hole, given all the 'my secret spot stuff' which I don't subscribe too, but that's fine! Just my opinion which everyone is entitled to  ;D

I am fishing local sunday as well, and really considering Bartons cove for next weekend... If ice holds up, the following weekend might work if the offer still stands... Ahem, cough, cough.  Oh my, I think I'm coming down with something  ;) ;)
