GI issue from the local Army Navey store when worn using 2 pair at a time the second pair wicks the moisture away from the feet.Learned that in basic.

My biggest mistake use to be using more than one pair and my feet felt cramped into my boots.  Not a smart move--my feet would freeze up within minutes.  Have a little room in  your boots and this helps a great deal.

I also use these. They are so thick they are like boot liners! I wear these with my steel toe work boots outside all winter. My job has me outside 75% of the time, the other 25% I spend in a truck with a crappy heater. ;D If I wear snow boots to work(size 14), I mash both the throttle and the brake at the same time. Snow boots are also so heavy that they give me sore hips from all of the walking. I use these socks on the ice as well, I use them under a pair of rocky buckstalker rubber boots with 600 gram thinsulate. I never get cold feet. My iceman have not seen use in 2 seasons now.

i actually have these and use them, they are very warm.
when fisherman fish alone, do they really catch fish??
