Going portable 8 years ago was the best ice fishing decision we ever made. Now we can fish all over the Northeast.

Here's some picture's of my setup, I kinda rushed out to get in on the lake for the season but im going to put my CNC to work this summer and get it properly equipped for weekend outings.

Sorry for the cell phone quality picture's but its better than nothing I suppose. I love this shack its easy to move with a couple guy's and a truck and being insulated with 1.5" foam from top to bottom this thing stay's toasty! I was planning on putting a wood burner in it but I cant even keep my buddy heater on low without cooking myself out of the shack, so I will probably just set it up so I can run my bottle from outside.

Just picked it up last week, little late for this season but I got all summer to play with it!!

The playing goes on!! Just swapped out all the lights inside with LED's from ebay, WOW what a change, battery doesn't even show a needles worth of voltage going out now!! Piped in a LP Humphreys lamp for additional light/heat. Wife made new slip covers for the bench and beds. (Thank you warn a bit dollar store!!) Caulked and retrimmed all the outside gutters and gave the aluminum a quick polish. Installed 4 home made pvc rod holders. Insulated inside all the cabinets and storage lockers and also screwed 2 inches of foam with aluminum covering on the entire bottom and then undercoated everything!! What a money pit!! But she's gonna be cozy for sure!!!

finally got some pics on net so i could share, is is great to look at all the cool shacks and get some ideas for the next one here, always want new, and bigger right? lol.

also have some of the table that flips down up front for games and to eat on but dont see them, if i find those will add them to it also.
