float suits

just got done reading the forums on ice suits..since i fish the Delaware river alot..thinking about getting one..read alot on the mustag suits can anyone tell me about the sterns model suits & wheres a good place to shop for one ??????????????? thanks folks !!!!!!!!!

Send carpcatcher or C.C. a pm about the mustang suits.  I know he purchased one last year and said he really likes his.  I believe he got his on e-bay for a killer price.

I've fished with one for about 3 years now and won't hit the ice without it... I still wear it even when the ice is over 24" just cause it's bloody warm compared to pretty much any 2 piece out there.  Plus it's a vital tool for late season boat fishing as well.

thanks bucketmouth...its pretty warm too huh...think i might better get one..do you need it for Canada & if so what color and specs. to cover Canada & USA...i have 3 cousins in coastguard...maybe they can hook me up....

HH, I am not totally sure about CCG approved colours, I think both orange and red are good up here but don't quote me on that.  There are some companies that sell non-approved colours for those who don't like wearing bright orange on the ice  :laugh:  I've seen black, blue and yellow as well

thanks again don...trying to narrow this down..dang suit cost as much as my new jiffy..and i dont think i can hide this orange suit from wifezilla.. ;D geeze its a good thing it floats..she might try to drown me... ;) :laugh:
