Is the Chat room working, I havn't been able to find anyone since they added the second chat room. am I lost or are they?

Even wit ha fast connection it takes like 5 mins to get into the chat room and if you try to do anything when its getting in then it messes it up ive tried to get in but havent the one guy i fish with seems to get in all the time

 8) 8) 8) hello  I forgot the one #1 I chat in #2   & been here  well for me  I go to chat & click yes to install java chat  & click yes & wammer jammer I am in next station
where I change my nick  from icefisherman
then after that I click on connect  I see my task bar go crazy  I am chatting within  6 secs  after I get in chat thro the door
 stop in  love to chat with  you
