WILLOW SLOUGH WAS CLOSED THIS AFTERNOON DUE TO UNSAFE ICE. TWO SENIORS WENT THROUGH THE ICE IN THE WILLOWS 5'OW OR LESS. ONE OF THE GENTLEMAN DIDN'T SURVIVE
