Just curious about everyone else's misfortunes because over the weekend, I lost a pair of Leupold binoculars down through the ice. Tried for 2 hours to snag them with a bunch of trebles, but no luck (it was too cloudy and deep to see). Can anyone else make me feel better about it?
a penny and the wish didnt come true
Unfortunately, I'm not certified in SCUBA and I'd say 25' is a little deep to snorkel. Guess I know where my tax refund is going.
an unattended jig pole, numerous depth finders, a jaw spreader, pliers, sun glasses, skimmer, tongs (for turning brats), tip-up light, and a mini mag flash light.
If you think you can find the same hole again, why not pick up a $99.00 camera from harbor freight and go get those binocs with a treble hook and a weight. I'm sure they were more expensive than $99.00 and then you'll have a camera also.(Image removed from quote.)
