Here's a good deal on a Marcum lx-3 (reconditioned)

The Vexilar website has deals on reconditioned units cheap every once and a while.  Bass Pro (Auburn N.Y.) had the FL8 for $199.00 and they sold out very fast.  I don't know if they have them on their website.  Give it a try.

picked up a lx-2 today.  $336 out the door.  It is not the biggest and best but no complaints so far...came with the carrying case, 20 degree transducer.....it is compact.  Give marcum a look before you buy a vex.....they are hard to beat for the money.
Bullet with a name on it.

Vexilar has definitely recognized Marcum as a serious contender in the race for effective and affordable sonar units. The next ten years will prove to be interesting ...
