Strike sensor??

Has anyone tried these?  I purchased the pager and transmitter at Gander Mountain last night.  Any feed back would be appreciated.

I have been using 3 of them for about 2 weeks, they work great, the range with the pager in the window facing the tipups seems to only be about 200-250 feet for me.
