I broke down and bought the new Ice suit from Vexilar (and let me tell you they are WARM!). The parka had a defective snap on the flap covering the main zipper. I contacted them today and long story short, they have begun the process to replace it within about three hours!!! Attached below is the blow by blow correspondences on how they treat their customers!!!

Since I did purchase this with my credit card do you still have that
