Just a regular McClelland rainbow, very commonly stocked here in Western Colorado. The lake has lots of minnows, shrimp, big crawdads etc.
It's a small lake and the fish don't live that long, only about six years. My biggest rainbow there was 26 inches/8 lbs, that's the biggest I've seen and the biggest the DNR officer had ever seen in 20 years, but rumors to 10 lbs. My wife caught a 10# brown there back when they still stocked a few in the 80's.
These were females full of eggs and were immediatley returned. They use very few triploids in Colorado from my understanding in talking to the fish biologist here.
