The state started trout stocking the cape ponds this week   But the fishing has been cold, windy and slow.

A little of both.
Good news as a sign of spring.
Bad news that the truck followers will soon descend on my favorite ponds. We've been really enjoying the solitude fishing open water this winter, not on the Cape.
