Just a heads up;

Driving around for work today along rt 2 in North Central MA I saw a number of anglers out ice fishing today... I also could see that most moving water was still open, so caution and your comfort level must still be taken into consideration.

Two ponds in the Lowell area were way more open than I anticipated.  Still looks like I’m heading west on Monday.

I live in hubbardston while most ponds are safe there are areas of open water that I have never seen before and I’ve been here for40 years weird ice
