Green river reservoir
« on: Jan 30, 2023, 07:12 AM »
Has anyone fished grr this season? I know lot of people don’t like it because water levels fluctuate based on weather we get. The yrs I’ve fished there in the past I’ve never found the water lower that the ice. I know it does happen just like marshfield damn. I am looking to make a trip out there after the big cold snap coming up. Curious how close I can get to park

Anyone??  Anyone?? Hmmm I’m guessing either people are having good luck there and don’t want to talk about it or no one’s fishing it!

Never actually fished there in the winter before.  Nice place to bring the kids in the kayaks to tool around and catch fish.  Has gotten  a lot more popular in recent years though.  Is it a walk on only body of water in the winter?  Assuming so since no gas powered engines are allowed there in the summer.

Believe because it’s considered highway when frozen sled or four wheeler. I’ve seen snowmobiles on it. I normally walk. But I normally target perch there. I’m after something dif this winter. And up for an adventure. Just curious if the ice is any good
