NW Pa safe ice prospects?

Ok Folks. Looking for some realistic input here. What lakes, if any will have safe ice by next Saturday feb 4th. Personally I think lake Arthur muddy creek will be an option? I’m also thinking possibly Sugar but have no idea on current condition there.

Trying the positive approach here but NW temps look good this week

If anything would be ready for that would be muddy creek. But I have no idea on ice conditions as of now..

This week is looking good for ice making.  Friday night is supposed to get to -3 degrees in NEPA.

As of today ..as of today fishing  on muddy creek and Mc-Daniells boat launch . Not sure about the rest of the lake.?
