Gonna be a teaser around here. The lows look good, but the highs are too high... probably see some morning skims with open water again by the afternoons.

Well, they've trended the forecast down a bit, so it may happen. Nov ice fishing would be a once in a lifetime deal this far south, but there may be a little window Sunday/Monday if the wind behaves  long enough for it to lock up. If it sheets over thick enough I'm going.

River is partially frozen over here today... been too windy for the ponds I checked to lock up good, but I did find a little river oxbow I was able to take a few steps onto. It still wasn't ready to fish yet, maybe tomorrow.
