Truck box camper

Anyone have a truck box camper style shack? I’m just starting my conversion and looking for some tips and ideas. Already got metal skid under it. Hoping to see where others mounted their stoves and stuff.

I would try to keep the wood stove on the floor if at all possible. I built a "truck camper" style shack and the wood stove is mounted on the bench seat resulting in a cold floor, even with some ducting and a computer fan to move the air around.

Always place your heat source at the lowest possible point......unless ya like cold feet.

Going to run a diesel heater with ducts down low and a small wood stove to fry all my monsters on! Lol

Make sure you have lots of fresh air intake and a CO detector.

I like the idea of a diesel heater. They look to be about as safe as a direct vent heater. I still had a CO detector in my wheelhouse with a direct vent heater.
