If I'm in the correct location for small 12" walleyes, perch and pickerel, am In the correct location for trophy/larger size walleye?

Could be but with all the food around hard to get them to eat something. The larger fish tend to school with large fish and work as a school. My experience is if your catching little guys move and look for bigger stuff.

I was curious if that was the case (like stripers).  Thank you for the confirmation.

I've found large walleye where little walleye are, however the larger one come in sun rise and set most of the time.
