I fished from 11pm to 5am and only managed 7 smelt. They weren't interested in anything attracted to the powerful green submersible light. It was peaceful out there except for the green glow under the ice looked like that thing they dug up in Tommy Knockers. All fish were hugging the bottom. Probably 30 ft.
