Haven't gotten a chance to look since Sunday, how did the ice hold up with the wind and warm weather?  Specifically say Castlewood bay on lake Columbia, if anybody has some input please.

Planning on hitting Devil’s Lake as we are staying right near the Highland Inn. It’ll be our first trip up.

We won’t get into town until about 6pm on Friday. First trip of the year for us, as Central Indiana barely has skim ice right now. Keepers would be great, but we just hope to have some action on the end of the line!

Heading up to Devil’s Lake/Manitou Beach this Friday for my first trip of the year. Staying right near Highland Inn, but can’t find a bait store near by. Coming up from Central Indiana as we have no d@mn ice!  Not trying to take anyone’s spot, but would appreciate any info on a bait shop that sells licenses as well. Thanks for your help and here’s a picture for tax!

If you get into Brooklyn, Knutson's is worth a stop. Poppa's Place is a great place to eat. Also Poppa's Place Dos is on the South side of Devil's. I believe Dos closes at 2. In Brooklyn, at 8.

Mike, Gander Outside in Coldwater can take care of you.
I get my license and 4 wheeler sticker there. It’s been hit and miss around NE Indiana.

Yeah, we got pinned down by 35mph gusts last Saturday over by Highland Inn. Caught a couple dinks, but the company was good, the Hamm’s were cold, and the heater was toasty! Prolly start hitting NE Indiana this weekend. Cheers!
