Braddocks Bay Crash !!
« on: Nov 10, 2006, 07:12 AM »
Don't know how many have heard about the Plane crash in Braddocks Bay yesterday but it seems the pilot hit a dock with a wing tip on his way out . Turned the small sea plane upside down in five feet of water .
One has to wonder how it's going to effect the fishing for early ice perch and pike .
Sounds like this is the second crash the guy has had .
The FAA is looking into his flight certification now and the D.E.C is all over him too because of the fuel and oil spill .

Sorry to hear about Braddocks.  I wouldn't want to be that guy right now.  Hopefully the oil and fuel will stay on top and not affect the fish.

I have heard that if an ATV or snowmobile go threw the ice its a 10,000$ fine because of the environment impact with the oil and gas. I have no clue if its true or not???? If thats his second time something needs to be done.
If i'm not fish'n then i'd rather be turkey hunt'n [img width=100 height=80]

I cant see it hurting much of anything.  I didnt hear of any oil or gas spills.  A friend of mine was there this weekend and said he smacked the LM.  He didnt say anything about any pollution.

I believe you just contradicted yourself. If he was catching LM, there is definitely pollution. In fact, any bass = pollution   :) :)

hey Yankee Troller, your dad is a riot. Had a great time with him and Guy last week.

I doubt the gas and oil will hurt anything....

It's lake Ontario! It's got a lot worse than that in it!
