I took thursday off. its been slow looking to catch something other than small trout pickeral and small bass. I did lose a nice fish at crystal sunday. it was either a large brown or a salmon. head shake right at the hole broke me off.
thinking coventry in the am and crystal or black in the pm. anybody going to be out.

I was going to go out east tomorrow but the ice on my pond in Ellington isn't looking good. I had settled on Coventry if I could get shiners from my pond and Black if I couldn't and had to buy bait, but when I went to set the trap I had 2 inches of stiff slush and 2 inches of soft ice.so thinking of heading to the Northwest corner instead.
