I took a ride past yesterday after work.  The edges on the upper lake were pretty beat up but I talked to the only person on it and he said he had 2-2.5 inches where he was fishing.  I did not feel comfortable with the edges to walk out to him and check. One spot took 3 solid strikes with the spud to draw water a foot further only took one.  It's not ready in my book.
