Well me and some friends was suppose to head down to a lake and try for pan fish tomorrow but now its looking like I'll be going solo.
So I was thinking about maybe hitting chassell up ive never fished it summer or winter so I have no clue where to start even.
Is travel conditions good out there I would be taking the sxs and am open to some travel to find some fish.
Where would be a good spot to start? I know I've seen people fishing right off the fishing dock. I'm open to catching what ever but wouldn't mind some nice pike or even crappie.

Hey man, so likely you’ve seen me fishing off the dock as the biggest pike I’ve gotten all winter there is 22”. Lots of hit and runs. I’d venture off to the peninsula to the left of the launch it may be better there

Ice conditions are great and walkable, no slush. I’ve even caught nice perch, crappie, walleye and pike in the 20’ bowl out there
