Anyone know how much ice there is there? I heard some people were fishing it just want to know if the 3 hour drive would be worth it.

I havent been by recently, but a few buddies said its still wide open. I dont think it would be worth a 3 hour drive IMO.

I went by North end yesterday coming back from Magog. North end in shallows froze over out couple hundred yards. It looked like couple day old ice.
I did not venture to boat launch but lake was mostly wide open.

Was hoping to get out there this year. Plan to every year, never make it over there.

It's -14 here this morning in central Vt. so it would be colder at Willoughby. My guess is it's frozen now.
