How to upload a video to IS?

I have a short clip on my phone/computer and would love to know of the easiest way to share it on a thread. Any guidance is appreciated.

It doesn't sound that appealing to most people I talk to, but going out onto a frozen lake and staring into a hole for the day is my favorite thing to do.

I think you have to post the link from another site you've uploaded the video to. Not sure if you can upload directly to IS.
