Schoodic?

Greetings. Long time fisher, first time poster.

Headed back to Maine a little earlier than planned this year. So going to head up from our home in Wells to get a last few days on the ice up Maine.

According to the Maine Lake Survey https://www.maine.gov/ifw/docs/lake-survey-maps/piscataquis/schoodic_lake.pdf there aren't rainbow smelt in Schoodic. Is that true?

How is the ice holding up? Any fish left after the tourny?

I headed up to Milo and Brownville on Sunday. Still plenty of ice left.

What a beautiful lake! There were four wheelers and snowmobiles all over it, so the locals obviously think it is very safe.

No fish for wifey and I, but we had a great day out there.  Maybe two weeks left in that ice?!?!
