will have to wait in Kent County

   Checked some lakes today in Northern Kent County on my way up North and did not find anything . 

  Wabasis had no tracks , and ice cracked when I stepped onto it .

  Long lake had a couple inches  near shore then got to an inch and a half 13 feet further out .

  Saw tracks on Lime lake but folks must have been on it a day before the last snow , ice was an inch and a half .

Yeah weather looks warm for awhile too.good thing my boats not put away.great steelhead weather..

Found a couple of lakes in Barry County that I got on Thursday. 2" at best but solid...too bad the bite wasn't. Heading north this morning for one last hoorah before having to wait again.  :-\
