Clam customer service on Jason Mitchell Thermal X

So I bought a new Clam Jason Mitchell Thermal X after watching the video on Clam website. Awesome flip over shack!!!! The only complaint I have is the video they have on their website shows it comes with a minnow bucket. Mine did not come with one. So I emailed them asking what I needed to do get one. Their response was it does not come with this years model. I asked why does it advertise it as  included in the video then? Their response was oh we haven’t updated that I guess we probably should.
Am I wrong to think I should get one since it’s advertised from them saying it comes with it?

Got a deal also. The point is if you advertise something on your website it is what it is not minus stuff.

i wouldn't take no for an answer. go over the persons head until you get what was advertised as that's in part why you bought their product. maybe save the link for the video too.

i am not surprised at all with that company. i tried them again recently and was let down so i returned their product. i won't support companies who won't support their products and customers.

I must be lucky  I’ve dealt with them on 4 separate occasions and have been treated with professionalism and respect

I had a great experience with Clam!  Customer service was knowledgable and courteous.  I only have good things to say about them.
