Who lost this pole on Erie last season?

I found this pole on Erie last season and forgot about it. I'd like to get this back to the person who lost it. Can you tell me the area you lost it?

Haha I know it is a long shot but I had to try. I switched the reel handle side used it the day I found it. After digging it out of the ice I thought it would be funny to catch a fish with it.
