Slush on lakes
« on: Mar 13, 2018, 07:41 PM »
Lots of snow on northern lakes turning to slush making sled travel tough. If you donít believe it check out Laronge now, 3 Snowmobilers and RCMP spend night getting sleds off lake.

I believe it. Heading to my cabin 130km north of La Ronge in 2 weeks. Could be a rough trip.

And if you can't do shorelines... go fast. The long tracks with deep paddles and lots of power are pretty good compared to the old Bravo. Learned a lot about slush is those days.  ;D
