I fish it a few times every winter. Tend to see the same groups every time I go out. Seems like most guys go for Browns or bows over there.

Hit a couple of lakers just shy of 5lbs last time out but thatís what I typically target. Also got a salmon which was a surprise.

Fished it in early February. Picked up two browns 8 to 10 feet down over deeper water - average sized. Jigged one laker around 2.5 lbs to 3 lbs. That was only fish I marked all day.

they put excess short salmon in tarleton and Stinson. Stinson salmon seem to be growing a bit , tarleton slowed down after the last full moon and the guys I know haven't been back up since then (month or so) fishing was good before that though
Trout -the real pink meat
