Has anyone been fishing to beavertail pond this year? I'm wondering what the ice conditions are.

I haven't been on beavertail personally yet this season, but coming back from georgetown last sunday, I saw people all over the pond. From the inlet all the way to the west side. Good luck!

Try checking the Reports & Conditions page for Beavertail Pond. It looks like a week ago it had about 3" and people were fishing it. Try asking your question on that thread for better results.

To jig or not to jig... That is the question.

I was there twice last week and it has a solid 4 inches. Caught trout until 1 pm then it shut off. Good luck.
