9416I / XL6000 TC or 4T for overnights.  I will have (3) 24" x 72" cots in there min. for myself and the kids.  May or may not fish inside.

Between those two I'd definitely go with the Eskimo 9416I because it's a fully insulated shelter where as the Clam XL6000TC (the TC stands for Thermal Cap) is insulated in the roof ONLY.  With an insulated roof only you're going to get more condensation inside opposed to the fully insulated shelters and the insulation in the walls will break the wind and be far warmer than walls that aren't insulated.  Also since the Eskimo is a fully insulated model it might end up costing a bit more but the fully insulated walls and roof are well worth it.

I know what is written.  I have had an uninsulated hub for 6 yrs.  I have not spent the night in it.  It does build condensation over the day so I imagine a night of a heater, food and 3 people would add to the moisture significantly.  My question is, is there really no condensation in an insulated hub and is one better than the other.  I am less worried about the insulation as I am of the condensation.

You're right that it would add significantly to the condensation build up.  There will be very minimal condensation with a fully insulated shelter because the hot and cold air aren't touching.  You said you're more worried about the condensation so you answered your own question, go with a fully insulated shelter and the condensation issue will be minimal.  Keep in mind that your breathing will be adding moisture to the air and one of the by products of burning propane is water.

look at the XL6000T garage (New model this year). it is full thermal and the same size as the XL6000 TC. plus the one end completely opens to allow you to drive a atv or snowmobile inside if you choose too. leave this end closed and it is basically a full thermal XL6000.
