I haven't been yet, but a friend I know who is also on this site went last weekend. So I would be guessing by the ice on other lakes around PG that it is good.

Wherever you go bring rubber boots. Lots of slush every lake ive been to the last few weeks. Couple lakes west of town had over 6" of slush and water on top of the ice.
