Allegheny Reservoir- NY section

Has anyone been out to check on conditions in the allegheny reservoir yet? I can't seem to find any recent posts about conditions there; not on the NY or PA page.

They are reporting little to no ice on Quaker, Case,Harwood, and other lakes in that area so I'd go by that. Plus, they are getting pounded by snow right now so that's not good.
