I am a chemical plant operator.  Four on, four off schedule means finding time to fish isn't too tough. Although it's never enough.
Same here, I work for DuPont. 4-12 hr shifts,4 days off.

Burck17 thank you for your service. My son is a Flight engineer With the 914th in Niagara Falls and one of his best friends is in security forces with the 914th also.

Thanks for the support. I  really enjoy my line of work so it hardly feels like service which is a good thing.

Drive semi doing seasonal heavy highway road construction mostly hauling asphalt and love it work April-November and get my winters of to hunt and fish
early mornings,cold north winds,hard ice,good friends and cold high life..FLAG UP!.priceless

I manage a construction materials lab for a Civil Engineering firm. We design asphalt and concrete mixes and test asphalt, concrete and soils. We have worked on a lot of reconstruction work in Yellowstone and most of Going to the Sun in Glacier National Park.

Transferred six months ago from an inner city center that mostly catered to the homeless senior population. Quite eventful!

Hard rock miner. Mine for platinum and palladium in montana. Great pay and the schedule is the best. 5 on 5 off 4 on 4off. Give lots of time for fishing.

Head Waiter at a family run restaurant. Work evenings only. Own/run a lawn care business during the warmer months. So, lotsa time to drop a line. living the good life. ;D

I saw a thread like this on Archery talk, and that it was pretty interesting to see the diversity of jobs.

Personally, I drive tractor trailer locally, delivering milk to supermarkets.  It's a good job that pays well, especially being 26 years old with no student loans making over $50,000/year.  I work 4 days a week, and am done by 10pm most days! I love it. This picture was taken on 1-4-2016 unloading some empty carts from sams club at my office.


Is that a union job??  I'm looking is why I ask
