Sides for your Jet Sled
« on: Jan 18, 2006, 06:50 PM »
I presently use a 24" x 54" Jet Sled with a nylon cover that I pull behind my Ski Doo.  To gain more storage area, I've been thinking about building sides. Preferably, I'd like to make this an additional 8 to 10 inches higher.  Before I do, I'd like to hear if anyone has also done this, maybe have a picture(s) and if they could make any  recommendations.

slipbob has a good looking jet sled with some sides on it, it would be a start.
Hopefully he'll ring in with a picture of his.  ;D

They used to sell these as an accessory. I've been looking for them and have had no luck.

Thanks for the reply.  I do know what you're talking about.  I saw those same sides on a sled somewhere a year or so ago .  Whenever I ask about them, I get the deer in the headlight look. Maybe someone will ring in with suggestions? :-X

I've been by the shanty.  Not sure what to do, most likely I'll have to come up with something on my own.

The more fish we release, is more fish we all can catch.  b/c we all like to catch.   Catch, Photo, Release!!  Such an easy concept, but so hard for others to understand!!!!!
