Picked up another St Croix silver 24" at gander. Like a moron I grabed one that was sealed and didn't notice the strike indicator was gone. Got in touch with Gander. No response. Called St Croix. Excellent service. Had replacement grommets in the mail immediately and even sent extras. Great product. Great company.
Their rods are pricey but with customer service like that it makes it well worth it
