Flasher acting up

My marcum vx-p1 is acting up. All of a sudden it stopped working yesterday. The bottom win age went away. Anyone know why this happened and how to fix? It's like two years old.

Before spending any money check the battery, transducer connection, transducer face and transducer cable. It could be a simple and cheap fix.  ;)
