I am taking the suggestions from a couple of you guys and I am headed up tonight to fish willoughby for the next couple days. Any suggestions on where I can find bait around the area.

Caledonia or Essex county bait shops will be closest to Willoughby.  The Village Sport Shop in Lyndonville used to be the closest one, but I don't  see it on the list?  Next best might be Northern Wildlife in Island Pond.  Good luck!  We'll be up there in a couple of weeks.

Flanders from my experience is the only shop in that area worthwhile. But if the guy up there who sells smelt is doing it this year, I would say screw buying bait from Arkansas and buy some smelt, he was selling them $5 a dozen last year

I got bait at the Willoughby Lake Store a couple weeks ago and they lived all weekend. But if there's smelt to be bought on the ice thats the way to go

Flanders cares about his bait so well. I've kept his bait alive as long as I've needed it. The Willoughby lake store had some bait too. They seem to run out early.
