As I posted earlier,my troller trashed after only 10 trips onto the ice.I contacted marcum,sent it back,and had it repaired and updated to a 2.0. They had it for 1 week,leaving me 12 days without it.I'm happy to have it back and updated,but sure makes me wonder if the update is the actual repair,and that's the real reason for the offer of an update?

Well the reprogrammed it and put on a new face plate with the different buttons. By reprogramming it is should have fixed the problem. They may not have reprogrammed it and just put a new circuit board  in it with the update and the new faceplate.
