whats the best flys or bait for the Bear river White fish.

Im headed out in just a little while to see if I can find some bear river white fish and trout. hope to find some but would like to get some help on whats the best  flys or bait  to catch them on. Thanks. Joe

Whiteys cannot resist a bead-head hares=ear or pheasant tail, size 14-16.  Dead drifted under an indicator they will eat it up!

Thanks I will get tieing. Just as soon as I get ythe feeling back in my hands. That river bottom is like slime and the water is really cold.I think I know how the sisico disco dives are going to feel like At bear kake.
